WEST HAM stars continued their warm-weather training on Wednesday and even enjoyed a relaxing session at the beach.

The Hammers have been working out in the Florida sunshine since Monday and were put through their paces for a third day running.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Hammers were seen casually relaxing on the beach after escaping to the sunshine from the crisis back in east London.

Relegation-threatened West Ham lost 3-0 at home as fans planted a corner flag in the middle of the pitch, tussled with captain Mark Noble and launched coins at the face of co-owner David Sullivan.

West Ham started their week long working holiday with a run and intense spinning session on Monday before more training on Tuesday afternoon.

Hammers stars, including Noble, Patrice Evra and Marko Arnautovic, were back at work on Wednesday, putting in a shift in a bid to get back on track.

The Premier League outfit were put through shootings and agility drills, as well as sprints under clear blue skies.

David Moyes whisked his flops 4,500 miles away from London after their dismal 3-0 meltdown at the hands of Burnley last Saturday.

While taking in the Miami sunshine, supporters were posing for selfies with the players as Joe Hart was seen slapping sun cream on the back of Declan Rice.

However, some still expressed frustration that the struggling side were granted the luxury trip considering the anarchy surrounding the club.

One wrote: “If they beat Burnley they can train in Miami. If they lose to Burnley they can train in Margate.”

Another person tweeted: “I just saw Lanzini, Noble, Ogbonna, Andy Carroll, Antonio and Joao Mario at my hotel in Miami… wtf are they doing when they’re 16th in the league.”

One fan was furious at their getaway at this point in the season – despite it being a fairly common occurrence with Man City doing the same.

They wrote: “How on earth have their actions warranted a treat like that.”

Earlier in the day, an official West statement addressed last Saturday’s anarchy and promised lifetime bans for those who entered the pitch during the second-half of the Burnley game and those who threw missiles.

It read: “The club is working in close conjunction with the Metropolitan Police to identify those individuals, who entered the pitch during the second half, and with stadium operator LS185, using London Stadium’s high-quality CCTV footage, to identify those who threw missiles, both of which are specific offences under the Football (Offences) Act 1991.

“Any individual found guilty will be banned from attending any West Ham United fixture, home and away, for life and the club will request the courts serve a banning order to prevent these individuals attending any football matches in the future.

“West Ham United maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any behaviour of this nature, with the safety of all supporters always the club’s number one priority.”
